Excollective kube for harley davidson
Harley Davidson approached Excollective about creating a presence and reaching out to a new/younger generation as a brand awareness exercise.
Excollective nominated, suggested and researched event recommendations. We designed, built and managed the entire logistical requirements of the tour, including – where required, facilitation with event organisers and site inspections.
It was a reactive roadshow, i.e we needed to facilitate movements, often with less than two weeks notice, as HD wanted to seize certain opportunities as they presented themselves. The challenge was to design a kit that was durable, easily managed by HD staff, but still kept the HD brand presence, to appeal to both “loyal” and new target segments. A very successful brand activation and roadshow for Harley Davidson.

Partnering with multiple agencies, Excollective was tasked with building and executing this campaign at Sydney’s opera House Forecourt.
This presented challenges as we had to balance a creative vision with technical requirements for the media launch.
We worked across many disciplines to bring the activation to life, even inventing new construction and finishing techniques. The Opera House as the site location required strict adherence to guidelines that ensured no damage occurred to the heritage listed space. With such a great location and the novelty of the speaking ‘buds’ drawing attention of passers by, this brand activation proved to be a great success for Westfield.

Sunshades at silmo ICC
Sunshades is an international licensor and distributor of fashion eyewear selling in excess of 3 million pairs of sunglasses a year in over 30 countries.
They are now at the forefront of the Australian eyewear industry; designing, manufacturing, selling and distributing brands as varied as Oroton, Le Specs, Cancer Council Australia, Karen Walker and Ksubi to name a few.
Excollective created an event space for their product launch at the first Sydney Silmo show with consideration of elements to reside in their showroom in Alexandria after the event. We designed and manufactured the custom sunglass showcases. Retail pop ups and showcases for any product or location is one of our specialties.

Excollective have been working with Sony on various temporary retail pop up projects within shopping centres throughout Australia for over a decade.

Also shown above is the pop up we installed at Sydney’s International Airport. The train carriage pop up was to showcase Sony’s noise cancelling headphones and was placed to coincide with the opening of the new Sony store at Westfield Parramatta in 2019.
